Shipping Policy
Estimated Fulfillment & Shipping Time
All our orders are print to order and are processed within 2 to 5 business days. After receiving your confirmation email, you will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. The estimated shipping time seen at checkout does not include the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
Please note, estimated fulfillment and delivery times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. Here are some reasons to why an order may arrive past its EDT:
- Issues with print
- Product being out of stock
- Shipping related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
If you're ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once the 5 business days have passed, get in contact with us at support@dont-look.io.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For all orders shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Status
You will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [LINK TO CONTACT US] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We ask that you first check that your shipping address was correct and to contact the shipping carrier to try and locate your lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received your order, we will not take responsibility and reship that order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. We suggest contacting the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."
We do not cover the cost of reshipping.
Returned to Sender
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/ returned by you. We will then contact you once your order arrives back at our facility to determine how you would like to proceed with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Product Damaged in the Mail
